Most junk removal companies are optimized for a mattress and two boxes. We are optimized for the four-bedroom estate with a closing in nine days, the warehouse that has to be empty by the end of the month, and the kitchen that needs to be studs by Monday morning.

Licensing and compliance
We are licensed and insured. Florida contractor licensing can be verified through Florida DBPR — Verify a contractor license. Our disposal practices follow the framework set by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection — Solid Waste, and our demolition crews work to OSHA — Demolition safety standards standards, including OSHA — Respirable crystalline silica in construction controls. For renovation work on pre-1978 structures we follow EPA — Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule requirements.
